老是遇见这个问题。又的时候是重启动机子得以解决。
解决方法：
问题：
failed to connect session timed out.
ensure that
1. you compiled your flash application with debugging on.
2. you are running the debugger version of flash player.
用一个程序测试一下

看是否按装debug。另一个问题好像是病毒问题，我的机子上不装杀毒软件。这个可以排除
